I was very pleased with Lydia Buchanan’s professionalism. She read every line of that first offer with me and explained all of it in a clear and concise manner. We made three offers and she was not afraid to let me know if I was to low or too high on a price. In the end she found the perfect family home for my family and our two dogs. It met all our expectations and my wife is thrilled with the interior and outdoor entertaining space and I have plenty of room for my toys. We took possession July 1, 2022 and are thrilled with Lydia’s help and our new home. I would definitely give her 5 stars and recommend her to anyone who wants a professional, trustworthy Realtor®.
Lydia did a phenomenal job finding us a home. She was patient, it took 6 months of searching. Listened to what we wanted and made sure we were looking at properties that met or exceeded our expectations. She even showed us houses we wanted to see that she knew would not qualify for what we wanted but made sure we saw the advantages and disadvantage of them all.
